TOUR SCHEDULE:
Day 1: Arrival in Kolobrzeg and sightseeing of the city.
Located at the mouth of the Parseta River in West Pomerania, the Hanseatic city of Kolobrzeg was founded within the middle Ages and long played a crucial commercial and political role within the region. Largely destroyed in war II, it had been rebuilt and has since then become one among the foremost popular seaside resorts of Poland. In summer the town gets crowded with tourists of all ages enjoying the beaches or one among the healthy spa treatments offered by most of the hotels along the coast. In what’s left of the old town, the govt. building and impressive St. Mary Basilica are worth seeing.
Day 2: Excursion to Szczecin.
After breakfast, drive to Szczecin: Szczecin is that the foremost important city in northwestern Poland. Located along the Odra River. From Szczecin there is only 10 km to the the German border, it’s a also both the political, cultural as industrial capital of the West Pomeranian region.
