WHAT DOES THE TRIP TO SZCZECIN PROGRAM OFFER?
Our standard Szczecin one-day tour program includes city tours with partial use of the coach. We get off the bus at Chrobry Embankment, thus starting a tour with a guide who, in a professional and at the same time attractive to the ear, will tell you about all the objects that we pass during the trip. We will visit, among others: the Szczecin Shipyard Gate – a symbol of striving for a Friedom of Poland in Western Pomerania, and then we will visit the Kasprowicz Park with the Pope John Paul II Monument and the Monument to the Pioneers of the City of Szczecin, we will get to know the Szczecin amphitheater and take a walk along charming alleys along the largest cluster of Plane Trees in Poland.
Later in the tour we will get acquainted with the starry street layout in Szczecin, we will see the oldest cinema in the world – the Szczecin Pionier cinema and we will taste the local delicacy – Szczecin patty – entered on the culinary list of traditional products in 2008.
We will visit the Port Gate, the Pomeranian Dukes’ Castle and the Old Town of Szczecin, with the Banking House and the Old Town Hall. We will listen to legends about Czarna Jolka ( Black Jolly ) and Sydonia von Borck – the most famous West Pomeranian witch. Later on the trip we will go to the St. St. Jakub and we will visit the famous Szczecin boulevards, where we will take a walk amid the smell of chocolate.
Finally, we will get acquainted with the legend and the mystery hidden in the Tower of 7 Coats.
